New tracked sales feature released
We’re excited to introduce a new feature that enables you to track the sale of assets more effectively by storing barcodes and serial numbers for individual sales items.
With this update, you can now add two types of sales products to HireHop:

Bulk Products – These products function exactly as they did before, allowing you to store a bulk quantity of an asset in the stock trail, making it easy to track larger quantities of the same item.

Tracked Products – This new product type allows you to store serial numbers and barcodes for each individual asset. These tracked products can be checked out on jobs, enabling you to track the sale and movement of specific assets over time.
This update gives you greater control and visibility over your inventory, especially for high-value or serialised items.
HireHop now integrates with FreeAgent & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Check out the Reports tab on the Home page for some exciting improvements. The redesigned screen makes it easier than ever to find and sort your reports.

Enhanced Sorting Options – Quickly organise your reports with improved sorting features.

Personalised Favourites – Save favourite reports per user, and they’ll appear at the top of the screen for easy access.
New warehouse schedule filters
We’ve expanded the filtering options for the warehouse schedule, giving you even more control over how you view your operations. You can now apply additional filters, including:

Job Types – Filter by specific job types for better organisation.

Job Statuses – Easily sort jobs based on their current status, helping you stay on top of progress.

Dates – Choose which dates you’d like to consider, allowing for a more customised and relevant view of your schedule.
Additionally, you now have the option to view incoming and outgoing jobs separately, instead of having both listed on the same page. This feature helps streamline your workflow and ensures you can focus on the tasks that matter most.
